General Manager Marketing

About the role

Wolfbrook is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the group‑wide marketing strategy and performance across its diverse portfolio. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, driving brand, digital, acquisition and communications initiatives for multiple subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overarching Wolfbrook Group marketing strategy aligned to group and subsidiary plans.
• Ensure each subsidiary has a clear marketing roadmap with defined targets and consistent brand positioning.
• Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning and performance frameworks across the group.
• Build a high‑performance marketing function with best‑in‑class systems, tools and capability.
• Run a central internal‑agency function that services multiple businesses efficiently.
• Establish clear workflows, briefing processes, service standards and delivery cadence.
• Build strong internal partnerships with stakeholders across the Group.
• Maintain brand consistency, compliance and differentiation across all customer and investor touchpoints.
• Lead external communications, including PR, media, content strategy and corporate messaging.
• Define and execute digital strategy covering websites, digital advertising, marketing automation and analytics ecosystems.
• Drive data‑led marketing initiatives across paid media, organic, SEM/SEO and social platforms.
• Design and optimise digital funnels to grow revenue and support commercial goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience in an agency environment or a complex multi‑brand business.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute financially sound marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, driving performance and development goals.
• Experience working closely with General Managers, executive teams and business leaders.
• Ability to switch gears quickly while keeping teams focused on priority outcomes.
