About the role
Join us in creating a better world for animals. At World Animal Protection we move the world to protect animals and are seeking an experienced Direct Channels Fundraiser for the ANZ market. You will be the operational fundraising specialist, delivering direct mail, telemarketing and other locally managed campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver direct mail, telemarketing and other direct fundraising activities in ANZ.
- Adapt global fundraising products to work effectively within the local market.
- Manage relationships with fulfilment, mailing, telemarketing and other operational suppliers.
- Coordinate campaign production, fulfilment and supporter‑response handling to agreed standards.
- Ensure all activity complies with relevant local legislation, regulation and industry codes.
- Monitor delivery and performance, resolve issues and share learning to improve future activity.
Required profile
- Significant experience delivering direct fundraising campaigns, including direct mail or telemarketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, production, fulfilment and supporter‑response handling.
- Experience managing fundraising suppliers or other operational delivery partners.
- Knowledge of fundraising legislation, regulation and industry codes relevant to the ANZ market.
- Strong stakeholder management, organisation and project‑management skills.
- Ability to identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
