Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

Oaks Wellington Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Food and Beverage Attendant to join its team on a 6-week fixed casual term. The role covers breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately take and process guest food and beverage orders.
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and make confident recommendations.
• Provide professional, efficient and friendly table service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• A warm, approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or bartender.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
