Faculty Associate Leader - Services Industries

About the role

As Faculty Associate Leader – Services Industries you will provide associate academic leadership and operational oversight for Beauty, Hair & Makeup programmes, while also supporting the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio within the Service Industries faculty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day academic leadership for assigned Service Industry programmes under the direction of the Head of Faculty.
• Lead end‑to‑end programme development, review and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure programmes are delivery‑ready, including learning resources, assessments, LMS setup, moderation plans and tutor guidance.
• Maintain academic quality and compliance with NZQA standards.

Required profile

• Experience in academic leadership or associate leadership within service‑industry education programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee operational aspects of programme delivery.
• Familiarity with NZQA regulatory requirements.
