Auckland University of Technology invites senior occupational therapy academics to lead and teach within its internationally recognised OT programme. Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate OT curricula.
• Supervise and mentor students and early‑career researchers.
• Lead high‑impact research projects and secure external funding.
• Publish scholarly work in reputable journals.
• Foster strong practice, community and international research partnerships.
• Integrate innovative technology and culturally grounded approaches into teaching and research.

Required profile

• Established academic with a PhD in occupational therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated research leadership and a strong publication record.
• Commitment to culturally safe, socially accountable practice.
• Experience in higher education teaching and curriculum development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, inclusive department.
