Campaign Manager

About the role

Skyline is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive visitation and showcase the Skyline brand. This full‑time role sits within the marketing team and offers the chance to work on a variety of high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Skyline Queenstown.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, stakeholders and deliverables across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers to develop and launch initiatives.
• Monitor performance, produce detailed reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate community and sponsorship events such as the Skyline Charity Golf Classic.
• Oversee on‑site marketing communications, signage and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness using digital and AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on campaign planning and execution.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign reporting tools.
• Comfort using AI‑enabled and digital productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
