Marketing Associate

About the role

We are a multi‑brand hospitality group that blends adventure, sustainability and a good sense of humour. As a Marketing Associate you will be the driving force behind our online presence, shaping how our brands – from craft breweries to bakeries and cafés – engage with audiences across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and manage social media content for all brands, including community interaction and review monitoring.
• Design, build and send email marketing (EDM) campaigns, maintain subscriber databases and optimise open‑ and click‑through rates.
• Run paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms, monitor budgets and performance, and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Coordinate content shoots with the design team and support new product roll‑outs across digital channels.
• Write blog posts, manage SEO, and keep online listings accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Analyse campaign results, identify trends and feed insights into future initiatives.
• Maintain the online store, manage product listings, stock levels and support eCommerce growth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing and eCommerce.
• Strong copywriting ability with the flexibility to adapt tone across multiple brands.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable interpreting performance metrics and turning them into actionable steps.
• Highly organised, able to juggle several brands and campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to contribute across all marketing functions.
