Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Digital Marketing Solutions portfolio. Based in Auckland CBD, you will work in a hybrid model, combining client‑facing activities with strategic planning to expand our presence across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the digital marketing sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and agencies.
• Present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed OTE targets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or new‑business development, preferably in digital marketing or related technology.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
