Store Manager – Birkenstock Mānawa Bay

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the Birkenstock Mānawa Bay outlet located at Auckland Airport. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring an excellent customer experience and managing a high‑performing retail team in a busy premium outlet. You will be responsible for driving the store’s profitability while upholding the Birkenstock brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver a superior customer experience and handle customer enquiries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards in the store environment.
• Analyze sales data and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or premium apparel.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on sales performance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff scheduling and performance reviews.
