Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Merivale store. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing a high‑performing team in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, stock control and visual standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing strategies to maximise revenue.
• Maintain store budgets, control costs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Merivale.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
