About the role
Anthony Harper is recruiting an Associate for its Tāmaki Makaurau Litigation team. The role covers all aspects of litigation work, including research, drafting of pleadings and submissions, giving opinions to clients and discovery processes. The firm has offices in Tāmaki Makaurau and Ōtautahi and describes itself as open-plan and non-hierarchical.
Key responsibilities
- Research for litigation matters
- Draft pleadings and submissions
- Provide opinions to clients
- Handle discovery processes
Required profile
- Admitted to practice in New Zealand
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution
- Able to take a commercial and pragmatic approach to advising
- Able to work independently with sound judgement and problem-solving skills
