Student Marketeer - University of Auckland

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Student Marketeer based at the University of Auckland. As a brand and product ambassador, the role represents the brand on and off campus, helping drive positive product trial and awareness among students and supporting sales teams with merchandising and event work.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand and product ambassador: live the brand's personality and values and invite students to try and become aware of Red Bull through sampling.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers so Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus, and help open new distribution points.
• Work at Red Bull events to make sure consumers have an unforgettable experience with the brand.
• Listen to how consumers perceive the brand and share insights with the wider business.
• Plan activities, report in a timely manner and share local trends and opportunities with the team.

Required profile

• Enrolled and studying at a New Zealand university.
• Naturally organised, with a high attention to detail, able to work alone and in a team.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• A valid and full driver's licence is required.
• Qualified to work in New Zealand; Red Bull NZ may ask for proof of eligibility under the Immigration Act 2009.
