Social Media & Content Lead

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Lead to shape the digital presence of a premium women’s fashion accessories brand. This part‑time contract role offers you full ownership of the brand’s visual language on Instagram and TikTok, allowing you to inspire desire and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, including a schedule of 3 posts and 5 stories per week on Instagram and 3 videos per week on TikTok.
• Oversee content direction and visual storytelling to ensure alignment with the brand’s chic, feminine identity.
• Manage bi‑weekly newsletters to keep the audience informed and engaged.
• Create and run an influencer marketing strategy to expand reach and boost engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, adapt strategies, and maintain relevance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Strong creative instincts and a refined sense of visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to embody and express a chic, feminine brand personality.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and audience engagement.
