Social Media Manager – Contract

About the role

This contract position is for a remote Social Media Manager who will lead the creation and management of social media channels for three real‑estate businesses. You will design and execute content strategies that boost engagement, brand awareness and audience growth across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for three real‑estate companies.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Monitor, analyse and report performance metrics to continuously optimise campaigns.
• Manage community interaction by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for business or commercial brands.
• Strong understanding of major platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Availability for ongoing, long‑term remote work.
• Prior experience in the real‑estate or property sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
