About the role
The Relationship Manager will develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of business customers, delivering tailored financial solutions and proactive insights to meet evolving client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and grow profitable relationships within a portfolio of business customers.
- Provide proactive, tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of customers’ business needs.
- Promote value‑added materials, workshops, and specialist support to customers.
- Drive portfolio growth while maintaining strong relationships with long‑standing clients.
- Enhance ANZ Business’ market presence through networking and clear value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customers’ growth and success.
Required profile
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or portfolio/account management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
Required skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Established networking capabilities to build and strengthen customer relationships.
