About the role

The Customer Value and Economics Lead will shape how ANZ understands and creates value for its customers. By combining economic analysis, commercial thinking and customer insights, you will turn complex information into clear, actionable insights that support better decisions and stronger outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape customer value strategy using insights, data and commercial thinking to identify opportunities that deliver better outcomes.
• Integrate customer and economic insights to deepen understanding of what drives value for customers and the business.
• Translate complex data and financials into clear, customer‑led opportunities that support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate across ANZ, building strong relationships and influencing meaningful outcomes.
• Champion customer‑focused thinking to strengthen propositions and create sustainable, long‑term value.

Required profile

• Strong data literacy and analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, identify trends and uncover meaningful insights.
• Commercial thinking and business‑casing skills to connect data and insights to customer needs and business priorities.
• Ability to translate data into practical business outcomes and clear recommendations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and influencing abilities.
• Collaborative, customer‑focused approach with proven relationship‑building skills.
