Product Manager – Everyday Banking

About the role

ANZ is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to lead the Everyday Banking portfolio across New Zealand. You will shape product strategy, drive performance, and ensure a customer‑focused experience that aligns with the bank’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the Everyday Banking strategy.
• Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, managing escalations and approvals.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyse key metrics and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Support frontline lenders with clear communications, training and reference materials.
• Assist with internal and external communications to ensure consistent, engaging messaging.
• Foster collaboration within the Everyday Banking team and ensure compliance with ANZ policies.
