About the role
Join a globally recognised fintech organisation as a Sales Executive, driving new business and expanding relationships with existing clients. This phone‑based role focuses on B2B commerce solutions across multiple industries in New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive outbound phone outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Manage inbound enquiries, converting leads into sales via needs‑based conversations.
- Guide customers through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales process and achieve defined sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a phone sales or similar sales environment.
- Target‑driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Professional and articulate phone manner.
- Positive, “go‑getter” attitude.
- Clean criminal history.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident, or valid visa).
Required skills
- CRM (experience maintaining accurate records).
