Joyn is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its out‑of‑home advertising business across New Zealand and Australia. The role focuses on selling creative technology solutions, specifically Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and Digital Out‑of‑Home (DOOH). Compensation includes a base salary of $100 K plus uncapped commission, with an on‑target earnings potential of $180 K. You will work with a hybrid schedule, engaging clients in both markets to drive growth and adoption of innovative advertising formats.
