About the role
We are seeking a driven, customer‑centric Account Manager to serve our North America market. This fully remote position involves servicing existing accounts, developing new relationships, and contributing to business development across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing North American accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and drive financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI and hardware solutions.
- Travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.
Required profile
- 3+ years of account management or business development experience, preferably B2B.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations.
- Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and franchise structures.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP software.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced use of MS Office suite.
- Advanced use of Google Workspace.
