Change Analyst

About the role

Vector is looking for a Change Analyst to join a new multidisciplinary Business Readiness team within its Digital & Data division. The team combines change, benefits, learning and development, organisational design and business analysis to help the business turn change into results. This is a new role, so you will help shape it, and the employer will invest in your development through coaching and formal learning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the impacts of change across people, roles, processes, capability and ways of working
• Turn analysis into practical actions that help teams prepare for and adopt change
• Work alongside business leaders and teams to help them lead their own change
• Gather and analyse readiness, adoption and stakeholder evidence
• Support communications, engagement, learning and capability-building activities
• Spot risks, patterns and opportunities early and connect readiness with the intended outcomes and benefits
• Help create practical standards, tools and ways of working as the Business Readiness capability grows

Required profile

• Enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to learn alongside teammates
• Experience in change, transformation, business readiness, project delivery or operational improvement is relevant; an interest in digital delivery, operating model change, business process change and benefits-led transformation is also valued
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and across professional boundaries
