Business Performance Manager - Laser

About the role

Belron's Laser team is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Business Performance Manager. The role works closely with a portfolio of Members, giving them practical insights, support and guidance to grow their businesses, improve performance and adapt to changing markets. It is a relationship-led role based in Auckland and the region, with a Support Office at 1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Members, suppliers and industry networks, using business knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities and support business planning.
• Influence continuous improvement and support Members through onboarding, succession and exit planning.
• Provide practical insights and guidance to help Members grow their businesses and adapt to market changes.

Required profile

• 7+ years' experience in business performance, business management or a similar commercial role, with 5+ years in sales or business development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in business planning and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Knowledge of marketing, business planning, trade operations and financial analysis.
• Current full and clean NZ driver's licence and right to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Excellent Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Strong business analysis skills, organisation, attention to detail and autonomous prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
