Branch Manager - Smith&Smith Otago Hub

About the role

Smith&Smith Otago Hub is looking for a Branch Manager to lead a team of skilled technicians and deliver operational excellence and outstanding customer service. The role covers branches in Dunedin and Oamaru, with 40 hours per week rostered across Monday to Sunday. You will build and guide a team, drive daily operations, foster collaboration and ensure performance targets are met.

Required profile

• At least 3 years' experience as an autoglass technician (repair, replacement and ADAS recalibration) or equivalent experience in an operational or customer service role in the autoglass or similar trade-based industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment with multiple direct reports, and team-building experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness of industry and market trends.
• High level of physical fitness, able to lift over 25 kg repeatedly, and prepared to be hands-on serving customers and supporting the team.
• Clean, full New Zealand driver's licence and unrestricted right to work in New Zealand.
• Willingness to complete a drug and alcohol pre-employment test.
