About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager for CCEP’s high‑performing “At Home” team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail customers across the Auckland region. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work on a fixed‑term contract until August 2026, driving sales growth and strengthening partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Increase sales volume and product range within assigned stores.
  • Ensure stores are well executed and meet merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop joint business plans that grow both their and CCEP’s revenue.
  • Apply a strategic selling approach, analysing customer needs and market trends.
  • Track performance against targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

  • High energy, motivation and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Self‑starter attitude with the ability to seek and convert new opportunities.
  • Proven work experience in a sales or customer‑facing role, regardless of sector.
  • Excellent planning, efficiency, flexibility and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
