Part-time Sales Assistant – Bayfair

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time Sales Assistants to join our Skechers store at Bayfair. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover the perfect pair of shoes while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and support key performance indicators.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation aligns with the Skechers brand.
• Assist with receiving stock, replenishing shelves and organising inventory.
• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude.
• Previous experience in retail or a customer‑facing role is preferred but not essential.

Required skills

• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
