Technical Support Analyst – Level 2 (Auckland)

About the role
This permanent position is based in Auckland CBD and focuses on end‑user support at Level 2. You will integrate, maintain and support a Microsoft‑centric environment while handling a wide variety of service requests.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate, maintain and support systems and processes across the organisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, providing proactive customer service.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Exchange and related services.
- Collaborate with internal business units and external vendors to deliver timely, customer‑centric solutions.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a senior‑level helpdesk, desktop support or L2 technical analyst role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- NZ resident or citizen status (visa sponsorship not available).
Required skills
- Microsoft 365
- Exchange
- ITIL (or solid understanding of incident, problem and change management)
