About the role

This permanent position is based in Auckland CBD and focuses on end‑user support at Level 2. You will integrate, maintain and support a Microsoft‑centric environment while handling a wide variety of service requests.

Key responsibilities

  • Integrate, maintain and support systems and processes across the organisation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, providing proactive customer service.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Exchange and related services.
  • Collaborate with internal business units and external vendors to deliver timely, customer‑centric solutions.

Required profile

  • Prior experience in a senior‑level helpdesk, desktop support or L2 technical analyst role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • NZ resident or citizen status (visa sponsorship not available).
