Senior QA Engineer - AI & Automation

About the role

Future Secure AI is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead test strategy for its AI platform, AI Co‑Workers and customer integration environments. You will work across the Customer Services, Platform and SRE layers, ensuring high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced, enterprise‑grade AI setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve test strategies for the AI platform and related services.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and SRE teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Execute functional, performance, security and API testing for AI Co‑Workers and integrations.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test results.
• Identify, document and track defects, providing clear root‑cause analysis.
• Mentor junior QA staff and promote best practices in test automation.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a QA engineer, preferably in AI/ML or complex enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design robust test plans.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working in a rapid, high‑impact environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

• CI/CD platforms: Jenkins, GitLab CI.
