Sales Representative

About the role

Atomic Coffee is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to grow its wholesale footprint across the upper North Island. You will be the face of the brand, building lasting relationships with cafés, restaurants and boutique retailers while deepening your own coffee expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of loyal wholesale accounts.
• Identify and win new business across cafés, restaurants and boutique retailers.
• Represent the Atomic brand on‑site, online and in‑market.
• Coach customers on quality standards and the Atomic way.
• Manage promotional spend, customer training and equipment stock within your territory.
• Deliver against agreed sales, profit and new‑business KPIs.
• Support wider brand initiatives, including occasional travel and weekend work.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coffee sales or a closely related category (alternative milks, soft drinks, hospitality sales).
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on retention and growth.
• Clear, confident communicator across email, in‑person and with diverse stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, organised and committed to delivering value on each customer visit.
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to coach and educate others.
