Growth and Performance Manager – Education Franchise

About the role

Join one of Australasia's fastest‑growing education brands as a Growth and Performance Manager based in Auckland. You will coach and mentor franchise partners, helping them build thriving tutoring centres while supporting the company’s expansion across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for New Zealand franchise partners, implementing operational and growth strategies for each centre.
• Guide partners in applying the Success Tutoring methodology to deliver outstanding outcomes for students from Year 1 to Year 13.
• Act as a performance coach, delivering business reviews, operational guidance and training to strengthen partner leadership.
• Support the execution of hyper‑local marketing campaigns, school partnerships and community events to drive centre growth.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards, identify efficiency opportunities and ensure network excellence across Auckland and wider NZ.

Required profile

• Strong passion for education and student success.
• Current New Zealand driver’s licence with willingness to travel regularly across Auckland and occasionally nationwide.
• At least 2 years experience in franchise support, multi‑site operations or business coaching, with a track record of KPI‑driven improvement.
• Experience designing and executing structured business improvement programmes and growth plans.
• Hands‑on experience rolling out consistent brand standards and ensuring operational compliance.
• Confidence delivering impactful group training and facilitation.
