About the role
Join a high‑performing contact centre supporting Powershop Australia customers during a busy period of change. This 9‑month fixed‑term, full‑time position offers a rotational roster in our Masterton office, with training and support to help you make an impact from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email and digital channels.
- Help customers understand their accounts, usage and bills.
- Resolve queries confidently and accurately.
- Work at pace in a busy, ever‑changing environment.
- Provide support during a key period of organisational change.
Required profile
- Smart, hard‑working and confident.
- Adapt quickly and work hands‑on.
- Willing to support the wider team while others get up to speed.
- Available for a full‑time rotational roster with flexible hours.
- Able to complete online testing and standard pre‑employment checks.
