Customer Support Advisor

About the role

Join Paymark’s customer support team and become the friendly voice that helps New Zealand businesses keep their payments flowing smoothly. You’ll work from our Auckland office, assisting a diverse range of clients – from local dairies to large supermarkets – and introducing them to innovative Paymark solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, providing clear and courteous solutions to customer queries.
• Diagnose technical issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Promote Paymark products such as e‑commerce solutions and payment insights.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s systems.
• Work a rotating roster that may include evenings (up to midnight) and weekends.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful while solving problems.
• Enthusiastic about learning new products and processes.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasks.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
