About the role
Join Paymark’s customer support team and become the friendly voice that helps New Zealand businesses keep their payments flowing smoothly. You’ll work from our Auckland office, assisting a diverse range of clients – from local dairies to large supermarkets – and introducing them to innovative Paymark solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails, providing clear and courteous solutions to customer queries.
- Diagnose technical issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Promote Paymark products such as e‑commerce solutions and payment insights.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s systems.
- Work a rotating roster that may include evenings (up to midnight) and weekends.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful while solving problems.
- Enthusiastic about learning new products and processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasks.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
