About the role
ASB is looking for a Customer Specialist to join its Advice Centre in Rangiora. In this full‑time position you will handle a wide variety of banking queries, support customers across multiple channels and help them navigate ASB’s digital and self‑service solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer banking queries and requests in‑person, by phone and online.
- Educate customers on ASB’s online offerings, digital tools and self‑service options.
- Maintain smooth branch operations while delivering personalised banking solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to learn quickly, ask the right questions and tailor solutions to individual needs.
- Comfortable promoting digital and self‑service channels to customers.
