Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Operator to join our fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment in Hamilton. You will play a key part in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while supporting order packing and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and accurately store incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders, coordinating freight and deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, keeping the warehouse clean and organised.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safety‑first culture.
• Complete stock, order, and related administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Provide support to customer service, sales, and wider team operations as needed.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management skills.
• Physically fit and capable of regular lifting.
• Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain one; warehouse experience advantageous but not essential.
• Comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks.
• Positive, reliable team player with a customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.
