About the role
The Online Assistant supports Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand’s e‑commerce fulfilment by picking and packing customer orders accurately, efficiently and safely. You will work alongside the online team to ensure a smooth order flow and a positive experience for our shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders with attention to accuracy and speed.
- Communicate with other departments regarding out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
- Maintain health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues while working on the floor.
- Handle order documentation and ensure items are prepared for delivery.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
- Effective communicator who works well within a team.
- Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for order processing systems.
