Warehouse Operator – Fast‑paced Team Environment

About the role

Join a dynamic warehouse team in Hamilton, supporting the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will work in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and accurately store incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders, coordinating freight and deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safety‑first culture.
• Complete stock, order, and related administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Support customer service, sales, and wider team operations as needed.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management skills.
• Physically fit and capable of regular lifting and warehouse duties.
• Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain one; warehouse experience advantageous but not essential.
• Comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks.
• Positive, reliable team player with a customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.
