Territory Manager – Hawke's Bay (Plumbing Sales)

About the role

Plumbing World is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to lead sales and account management across Hawke's Bay and the wider east‑coast region. You will be responsible for growing existing relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the plumbing and building sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts, delivering high‑quality service.
• Implement strategic growth initiatives and meet KPI‑driven sales targets.
• Prepare quotes and tenders in line with company pricing policies.
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Support the Branch Manager and team to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in plumbing, technical sales or the broader construction industry.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities combined with a hunter mentality.
• Resilient, driven and consistently focused on exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
