Technology Associate – Relocation to Dubai

About the role

As a Technology Associate you will join Emirates Group IT for a one‑year development programme in Dubai, gaining hands‑on experience across AI, cloud, cybersecurity and software engineering. You will work alongside senior engineers, receive mentorship and contribute to technology solutions that support Emirates Group’s business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks to design, develop, implement and maintain scalable technology solutions.
• Analyse business and system requirements and contribute to technical design.
• Develop, configure, test and deploy solutions in a collaborative team environment.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Participate in unit testing, validation and quality‑assurance activities under senior guidance.
• Support the maintenance of technology playbooks, standards documentation and governance artefacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of exposure to current technologies through coursework or internships.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to business needs.
