Technology Associate – Relocation to Dubai

About the role

Join Emirates Group IT as a Technology Associate and embark on a one‑year development programme in Dubai. You will gain hands‑on experience across AI, cloud, cybersecurity and software engineering while working on real projects that support the airline’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks to design, develop, implement and maintain scalable technology solutions.
• Analyse business and system requirements and contribute to technical design.
• Develop, configure, test and deploy solutions in a collaborative team environment.
• Research, diagnose and troubleshoot system or application issues, escalating when necessary.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Support unit testing, validation and quality‑assurance activities under senior guidance.
• Maintain Technology Playbooks, standards documentation and other governance artefacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• CGPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent).
• At least one year of exposure to current technologies through coursework or internships.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and collaborative mindset.
• Passion for learning new technologies aligned to business needs.
