Team Administrator – Real Estate Operations

About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support management and a high‑performing office within a dynamic real‑estate environment. You will ensure smooth coordination of administration, marketing support, and day‑to‑day team operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administration tasks, including listings, legal documentation, AML processing, and team coordination.
- Prepare agency agreements, sale and purchase agreements, auction and tender documentation.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting to keep information accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Support marketing campaigns by creating brochures, newsletters, social media content, web advertising, and EDMs.
- Coordinate photography, signage, print advertising, web portals, and marketing collateral.
- Assist with auction preparation, meeting coordination, and office administration processes.
- Liaise with agents, solicitors, clients, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Help manage campaign budgets, invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience in a fast‑paced environment (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
