Talent Acquisition Partner – New Zealand

About the role

Egis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across New Zealand and occasionally support the wider APAC region. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC, you will work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent for engineering, consulting and architecture projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical skill segments.
• Design and execute talent attraction strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
• Support global mobility, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Guide the business through changes in recruitment processes and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment, preferably within engineering, consulting or architecture.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Consultative, proactive approach to business partnering.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using SmartRecruiters or similar ATS platforms.
