Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

The Software Engineer (Full Stack) will deliver end‑to‑end solutions across ANZ’s digital platforms, focusing on high‑quality UI and API development. You will work within the DSX ecosystem, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build fast, reliable, and secure customer‑facing sales experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement clear, effective solutions that meet customer and business needs across the full software development lifecycle.
• Develop features in close partnership with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers, and Architects.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as clean code, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
• Monitor platform health, manage technical debt, and maintain comprehensive logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Embed security by design, comply with standards, and address vulnerabilities promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience building and operating production software.
• Strong user‑centric mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in agile squads and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Proactive attitude towards incident management and platform operability.
