Senior Recruitment Consultant – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our 360 recruitment desk for web development and technical talent within the marketing and digital sector. You will work with marketing agencies, digital studios and in‑house teams to match senior developers with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit and place senior Web Developers, Front‑End, Back‑End and Full‑Stack engineers.
• Build and expand a client portfolio focused on marketing and digital organisations.
• Provide a high‑quality experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level recruitment experience in web development or other technical roles.
• Strong understanding of tech stacks and the marketing/digital environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a small team.
