Salesforce Developer

About the role

Les Mills is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join its global Salesforce team. You will work across Sales, Service, Revenue and Experience Clouds, supporting more than 350 users worldwide. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, integrating systems and delivering impactful digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand required business outcomes.
• Collaborate with functional roles, business analysts and delivery team members to design scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain the Salesforce platform, providing day‑to‑day operational support, minor enhancements and technical debt reduction.
• Utilise coding assistance tools to increase development efficiency.
• Perform peer code reviews and champion best‑practice standards.
• Contribute to team culture and ensure superb system experiences across Les Mills platforms.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience developing and delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven ability to design high‑quality, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to collaborate under tight timelines.
• Outstanding familiarity with Salesforce capabilities across its various clouds.
