Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join a global hospitality brand that puts care and kindness at the heart of its service. As a Room Attendant you will help deliver a five‑star guest experience by ensuring rooms, corridors and public areas are impeccably clean and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, storage areas and corridors to upscale standards.
• Replenish guest supplies, advertising material and bathroom amenities according to room type.
• Handle guest laundry and report any lost property following hotel procedures.
• Maintain and report on the condition of cleaning equipment, ensuring regular stock‑taking.
• Secure keys and rooms, adhering to security protocols and reporting suspicious activity.
• Use cleaning agents safely, following health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Assist guests with information or service requests and provide turn‑down service.
• Clean balconies, carpets, shower heads and bathroom fixtures, and support colleagues with extra‑bed setups.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
