Responsable d'affaires – Maintenance et services audiovisuels

About the role

We are looking for a Business Manager to lead our audiovisual maintenance and managed services portfolio in the Île‑de‑France region. You will be responsible for a €4 M portfolio covering more than 50 client accounts, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, negotiate and pilot audiovisual maintenance contracts.
• Prepare and lead steering committees with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team on tender responses and presentations.
• Develop new service offers and expand the business with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team (audiovisual technicians, incident managers, service delivery managers, maintenance operation leads).
• Oversee the audiovisual service centre, resolve disputes and guarantee contractual commitments.
• Handle daily incident dossiers, manage escalations and arbitrate decisions.
• Administer the ITSM tool used by Axians for contract tracking.
• Optimize workflows, ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance on client sites.

Required profile

• Engineering or technical university background with 2‑3 years of professional experience.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to manage client relationships.
• Team‑player with entrepreneurial spirit, rigor, organization and curiosity.
• Passion for audiovisual and IT technologies, good writing and communication skills.
• Alignment with CESAR values: Trust, Enterprise Spirit, Solidarity, Autonomy, Responsibility.
• Previous roles such as Deputy Business Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Supervision Centre Manager or Project Manager are a plus.
