About the role

Join a busy, family‑owned retail store as a part‑time Checkout Team Member. You will be the first and last point of contact for a diverse range of customers, from seasoned tradies to DIY enthusiasts, helping them enjoy a smooth and affordable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Accurately process transactions using the store’s POS system.
• Provide advice or solutions to support customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
