About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to work remotely with our AI development teams. You will provide expert guidance on planning, resource allocation, and risk management while helping shape AI training materials that reflect industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to advise on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that incorporate best practices from diverse industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Guide technical staff and act as the client‑facing lead to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to maintain relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across multiple industries and scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and leading cross‑functional groups.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in dynamic project environments.
