Project Manager – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Project Management Specialist to work closely with AI development teams. You will provide expert guidance on planning, resource allocation, and risk management while shaping AI training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to advise on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect industry best practices.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Guide technical staff and act as a client‑facing lead to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to maintain relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across multiple industries and scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and leading cross‑functional groups.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in dynamic project environments.
