About the role
This 4‑month temporary position supports senior managers within a large, complex organisation based in Auckland CBD. The role offers a fast‑paced, inclusive environment where you will be the central hub for administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, screen requests and prioritize appointments for multiple managers.
- Provide support and coordination for reports, approval processes and group risk reporting activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for the teams you support.
- Organise and run team meetings – set agendas, coordinate document reviews, manage meeting technology and take minutes.
- Coordinate board and governance papers, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Deliver general administrative assistance to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar support role within professional services.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and build relationships.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling information.
